Gurmeet Kaur is a poet and critic from London, living on Wurundjeri Country. Her work appears in Liminal, Cordite, Kill Your Darlings, Poetry Birmingham Literary Journal, Suburban Review, Sydney Review of Books, Peril and elsewhere.

Gurmeet is a recipient of residencies and fellowships with Varuna Writers' House, Footscray Arts Centre, and the City of Maribyrnong. She is a recent member of writers' groups at Malthouse Theatre and Footscray Arts Centre. In 2023, she was a New Critic at Kill Your Darlings.
